We hope everyone is aware that 90% of our products are Handmade. moving on, it is safe to say that when a customer buys a design that is made by hand we will assume that the customer is okay with the minor as well as unavoidable imperfections that come with it.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 working days to dispatch your order. Post the parcel is dispatched, shipping takes 3-12 business days or more depending on conditions in your area/city. You will receive an SMS/Email when your order is confirmed and a tracking id (on your email and/or mobile number) once your order is shipped. In case a damaged product has reached you, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All the products go through an intensive layer of checks before they are dispatched. There is still a chance that the product might get damaged in transit. We have a policy where we refund the amount if a product is broken/damaged/missing when you receive it. To avail it you must send us a video while unboxing the products from the courier bag, getting it out of the SEALED courier bag and SEALED fully packed box. This leaves no scope for error. In case you have received the wrong product. You need to call or write to us within 24 hours of the delivery and the process for the issue will be comunicated with you personally. Please note, we WILL NOT entertain any cases without the unboxing video. We do not accept any order cancellations but you can reach out to us regarding address change or to hold on to your order until you become available to receive it.
